When the temperature reaches up 30 degrees before 11am, I can’t help it but reiterate: keep cool!! It is a much needed mantra again today as Autumn may have had other plans for us in Melbourne! No complain though… ;-) Over Summer, and as the heat seriously hit us, I wrote three articles on which yoga techniques to use to cool off the body naturally.
