The problem with yoga classes is that they are often scheduled around dinner or lunch time. It is probably for the best, try yoga on a full stomach… NOT! Yes I admit it I have done it before and never ever again! :-P So while I understand you can be desperate for food after class (or during), you just can’t throw yourself on the first thing that comes handy, especially if you know your fridge is empty and you happen to stumble upon a bright red & yellow sign… It is just not yogic AND you’d ruin half the benefits of your practice! May I give you a tip: you anticipate. If you have time, you can cook beforehand, but if you don’t have this leisure, you can always leave a post-it note to your honey to suggest him or her to have some fun in the kitchen before you come home! Why not? You’d do the same, wouldn’t you? Here is an idea of a beautiful and wholesome meal to enjoy after class so you can concentrate on your breathing during your practice instead of worrying about how you’ll satisfy your empty stomach! ;-) Bonus: it is also a perfect balance between yin & yang, and that’s not a coincidence! On the yin side: water, curry, chives, mustard; on the yang side: wheat flour, leeks, goat cheese, sea salt. And let’s say the soy milk is a bit of both (?) :-)

The recipe is from a French website called “Clea Cuisine”, I have tried it a few times and always go back to it so I highly recommend you try, it is de.li.cious! EnJOY & let me know what you think, leave a comment below… Namaste! :-)
