It has been over 5 years now since living in Australia and I am still to find out about public holidays at the last minute! No complain of course, it is always a welcomed surprise that allows for some spontaneous initiatives, that is… going camping for me!! I.CAN’T.WAIT!!! Plus, we all need regular breaks to replenish our energy and for our own sanity, and indeed, it is Labour Day so please have a real break, pause, do something fun or relaxing or both, tune into your own needs! If you plan to do yoga, note that both Goodlife Armadale & Prahran are running a reduced schedule, hence none of my 3 Monday classes are running. Sunday class at 11am in Armadale is still part of the schedule but lovely Mary will cover me. Wishing you all a fun, safe & relaxing long weekend!!!
