It’s been 3 weeks already since I came back from India. I’m still slowly readjusting to comfy Melbourne. A comfy bed, a comfy home, a comfy life! I have always been ‘a little’ skeptical about going to India, yet I had a strong desire and curiosity that’s difficult to deny. And above all, it’s Yoga’s Mother Land! India is THE destination that arouses THE MOST shared opinions. I can honestly admit, it has been une sacrée aventure [a hell of an adventure]. This is probably why we all have heard it so many times: “you either love, or hate it”…

Indeed, India is an entire Yoga practice in itself.
The practice of unravelling your own conditioning in order to see the complex beauty behind a frenetic, unpredictable and fascinating universe.

Trying to describe India isn’t easy, there is so much to say and at the same time so very little. As cliché as it might sound, India is to be experienced. Nevertheless, I have attempted to give you a little taste of my peregrinations across 6 little sections so you can browse through at your convenience!
