Ask no further… it is full moon!! As you know, on full moons, the atmosphere is highly charged with energy hence we can feel a little tense, anxious, agitated, more sensitive or all over the place! The energy of the full moon stays with us a couple of days before and after its peak (2.25pm in Melbourne) so be patient, your balance should reestablish by itself very soon. In the meantime, having a more gentle yoga practice, even a restorative one, is always a wise move! Don’t hesitate to also take some time off from your busy life and pamper yourself: have a warm bath, light some candles, listen to some soothing music and… RE.LAX! Whatever you do this weekend, do it with moderation! Last but not least, keep an eye on the sky tonight and enJOY the beautiFULL glow of the MOON!!! :-)
